Dislikes

pathetic managers not involved in reportees growth, they just thing of themselves. HR has no power Product Risk and policy team is the worst department to work under. All CAs are there at the head position which makes no sense as they do not have the business sense which one MBA person has. No appraisals, no transparency, no parity,integrity issues. calling on holidays and weekends to office for work unnecessarily. No infrastructure and hygiene, you are not allowed to raise your voice for anything , just work like a slave ....Read More

Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?
