Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?

Salary and bonus are on time

Dislikes

Company culture is not good. No scope of growth and learning. Work life balance is pathetic. Even my F&F settlement required more than 60 days and that too after repeatedly mailing HR.
