Working at IIDE make me learn that winning is not everything, But winning is only thing. I learned SEO, content writing, Social media marketing and Google Sheet Management and much more at IIDE with industry experts and trainers.

It's an unpaid internship and top performers get some monetary incentives only but you'll learn some major new skills of digital marketing

The beginning. In the beginning they will create a neutral and happy environment for you. Only to fire you.

Dislikes

The work culture, managers and all have a very bossy attitude. They will give you assessment and everything not related to your work and fire you saying you are not required. Extreme politics in the company. You can't go to the managers or management. Very less pay compared to industry. Never join this company.

Amazing company to work with. Since it’s a smaller organisation you get to learn a lot and get lots of opportunities to grow. You get lot of exposure. You don’t stay limited to your role - you get to learn a lot more. Top management and managers are extremely supportive and approachable.
