Nothing, totally hopeless.

Dislikes

Total working atmosphere is wasteful. Senior level including management level never ever give respect to their subordinates. As per conversation or commitment didn't provide said salary structure.

Worst experience ever. No job security. The owners will kick you out by blaming you for things you never did. Salary is not enough. No holidays. The only things the management is good at is exploiting the employees.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
