As per my point of view..if any organization support to their employees in terms of Salary on time without any deductions and in skill development then everything is fine. In IHM this was the main problem.

Dislikes

Always keep busy students in extra curricular activities and very less focus on the study, practical activities.

It is located in my home town.

Dislikes

Salaries are not as per the standard. No growth, all the positions and promotions are basically fake as you don't get an authorized letter of promotion hence no increment and very negligible if any. It is only salary what you get other than that there's no benefit of any sort at all. You have to pay even for a bus which is used for commuting to institute.

I have learnt a lot during my tenure here as management actively intervene and provide training during free time.
