Able to learn new technologies and develop our key skills. Beginning of a career, this company is relatable to All employees.

Dislikes

Some client pressure will make you feel worst. Would work on weekends as well as extension of daily work timings. No Compensation for extra working days. Management need to consider employee and interact with them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
