No increment on time , unhealthy environment mentally, president & AGM , GM all are mental patients,even they have no manners how to talk,worlds third class HR, They don't follow any safety rule and totally unsafe work culture, they have priorities for work only they don't care employees,such a last quality management I never seen in my life

Nothing. The only thing I think about after joining is when I will leave the organization.

Everything, no policies, no rules, no work safety, no job safety, only Panchi is manipulating everything.

Daily 12 or 16 Hrs shift, doesn't matter how much experience you have, you have to work on filed and remove the chock like labour. Even in shift schedule they mention your 16hr or 24 hrs shift and will ank you to back to office after 6 hrs of
