Hikes are less when your gross is already near to the max in the band
Pay is comparatively low. 5 times lesser than parent company (UK).
Some team has micromanagement
Service backround leads and managers really spoil the culture. It happens mainly in QA area
No tips or credits when team/individual successfully completed a high priority complex project. Once business is satisfied, they'll move to next thing. In the long run, people get demotivated and don't put effort.
