Dislikes

Products are heavily dependent on Mechanical and Electronics. Due to issues in manufacturing, efforts are wasted. Attrition is high, Company need to hire better and responsible Engineers.

Typical startup where nothing is a given. Need to work to contribute. Projects are behind schedule, short of hands. Many people come here thinking everything is well set and start complaining about everything. Ceo is friendly and understanding. But due to answering customers there is pressure to finish the project on time.

Job security is horrible, Salary / Apprisal we have to forget and work like bonded labor. CEO is very harsh with no moral ethics

Being Production Head run around to vendors to get material as supportive staff will not be given. Vendors abuse for not paying for materials months together, take only intern engineers from collage and make them work like labor's and not pay
