The company has its own policies built basis of people they like and don’t like. A very biased management based on the department I worked for. May not be the same across Iffco but the department I worked for is culturally and people exhausting.

Adoption of advanced technology is slow. Man to Man policy of upper management makes working pressure on subordinates. Lots of Union-baazi and very slow MOC

The current management is very bad don't think and has respect of employee personal space. Work life balance is very poor. Even ask to work on every Saturday and Sunday even it's off and if leave is asked then feels like you had make a big mistake asking for leave.

Very negative culture... Everyone would be treated as Blue collar employee...Like a factory worker. Forget about promotion and Appreciation. Employees working for more than 7 years without any change in position!

Even if you don't work just punch on time you'll be paid but if you are an ash licker they might even pay you for even not coming on time.

Merit and Hardwork isn't respected. Corruption in hiring, appraisal and transfers. Disrespectful behaviour towards employees, discrimination and if you speak up they make sure to shut you up.
