Locations are terrible, no work life balance, too much politics people still feel they are working in govt org. No proper work allocation as per your education.

Up to my experience in the IFFCO Group Chocolate Division it's fantastic about work with partner,training is also so good,salary on the time not a single time i'll see delay in the salary.Job security is depend on us because if you not go with the company policy then you will be in danger.for the carrier growth this company is fantastic. Work environment is also so good.

Dislikes

Most of the things are so good but for human being they never satisfied 100% in his/her hole life. I can say only this.

When I was joined the company that time I'll little bit trouble because it's my first job so I don't have experience about the job.But once time got passes out I feel better & secure in this company.

IFFCO's work culture good, Generally policies differ on man to man basis, There was always a particular community dominated the decision. They were given preference in promotion even if they don't deserve. They keep on their dependency on person having good on work though they have superceded him in promotion.

Training is generally given on pick and choose basis. Merit is not considered.

Adoption of advanced technology is slow. Man to Man policy of upper management makes working pressure on subordinates. Lots of Union-baazi and very slow MOC

The current management is very bad don't think and has respect of employee personal space. Work life balance is very poor. Even ask to work on every Saturday and Sunday even it's off and if leave is asked then feels like you had make a big mistake asking for leave.

Very negative culture... Everyone would be treated as Blue collar employee...Like a factory worker. Forget about promotion and Appreciation. Employees working for more than 7 years without any change in position!

Even if you don't work just punch on time you'll be paid but if you are an ash licker they might even pay you for even not coming on time.

Merit and Hardwork isn't respected. Corruption in hiring, appraisal and transfers. Disrespectful behaviour towards employees, discrimination and if you speak up they make sure to shut you up.
