Pay and work life balance

Outdated appraisal system, No training and skill development, infact you should not show any of your skills, which your senior doesn't possess. No system of proper job allocation. Although the pay and work life balance is good, young generation would not like few things that restrict from development l.

If you are working on third party contract you have to face partially in work scope,preferences,dirty politicals by senior managers. They can fire you from your job even for casual leave in spite of prior permission. Make sure you are hired on companies payroll not on third party contracts.

Company policy and process is good

Dislikes

The current management is very bad don't think and has respect of employee personal space. Work life balance is very poor. Even ask to work on every Saturday and Sunday even it's off and if leave is asked then feels like you had make a big mistake asking for leave.

Very negative culture... Everyone would be treated as Blue collar employee...Like a factory worker. Forget about promotion and Appreciation. Employees working for more than 7 years without any change in position!

Even if you don't work just punch on time you'll be paid but if you are an ash licker they might even pay you for even not coming on time.

Dislikes

Merit and Hardwork isn't respected. Corruption in hiring, appraisal and transfers. Disrespectful behaviour towards employees, discrimination and if you speak up they make sure to shut you up.
