Extremely Toxic Culture.65 + Years olds are also still Involved in day to day operations.Their review are very famous and one will lose all abilities ! Most of the Seniors are doing buttering up and resultant culture is very toxic.Just talk to Senior/Middle level employees who have literally run away. Recently the CEO too have resigned!

Salary growth is slow- They. hire you at a low salary in mid level so even a 10-15% annual jump wont give you the desired returns Top Management is too old fashioned and are not receptive to changing market needs

Hr policy and response is really pathetic. No proper feedback ,for everything they will say we dont have fancy positions,fancy department….. If you ara a fresher or 2,3 experienced person dont think about ifb bangalore, its really old technology and almost all are manual lines. For relaxing and job security uou can plan here

to be frank i do not like anything about this company. worst decision of my life by joining the company.

lot of politics inside company, if any employee questions about policies they will be targeted and harassed, claims are not settled properly we have to put in our own money for market visits and DA and food bills are not settled.
