Work culture is pretty flexible. People are quite approachable. You can get to work upon the projects that you are interested in, so ultimately you would develop the profile that you desire. It is product based company, so you get to see physical products and get inspired from benchmark designs and studies. 1) Poor training opportunities 2) Random execution of the projects (projects that should be delivered in a year, goes on for 2 or 3 years. Sometimes, they get shut down also, you never know) 3) Here, you identify the potential problem, solve it and then present it to top management to get funding for your project. Generally, its reve rse and top management assigns you project according to you skill. 4)Salary is very low, when compared to market rates. 5) If you are passionate and want to grow more, this ISN'T company for you. 6) Meritocracy is never identified and rewarded. Set of fixed persons, who are known by manager or HOD gets better benefits. 7) Canteen food is very poor. Even after repeated complaints, the caterer wasn't changed. Opinion of the employees is not strongly considered. 8) HR people are sitting to put all type of constraints on you, but not to support you. 15 minutes late and half day salary is cut (Timings are fixed (8.5 hrs daily) and no work from home. Monday to Saturday work days) Don't listen to provide sufficient facilities. For new joinees, no assets come on time. You have to run to raise PO, procure components to finish your projects, as if you are going to get bonus for completing the project. (No Bonus is given, its from your CTC and given to you at year end. Pathetic HR Policies) 9) Very recently they have started giving increments once in two years. They never announced official of course. But, showing some losses they don't give increments every year. 10) There are no fixed set of regulations or procedures. Work depends upon your manager's relation with top management. If your manager is famous, you will get new and challenging projects. Otherwise, same boring stuffs. You get to work on different type of projects, that plus point.
