They says to Quit Job on every other month.. Without even realising what it takes to an Employee to think over it. Very unfriendly working Culture.

Over all experience is good for 14 year journey, good for employees. In-house learning Centre for carrier growth, good company for making carrier path. Good benefits.

Dislikes

Experienced dirty politics through Mr. Durga Sharan - Branch manager MP, Mr. Nikhil Sharma - Branch Accountant MP, Mr. Sambit Panda - zonal head for West India, Mr. Sukunag - National Sales Head India. These people are not trustable, they can spoil anyone's carrier also for small personal things. Can't trust. Not helpfull as senior manager.
