1.No hierarchy politics involved .. 2.Feedbacks are addressed & improved from previous cons. 3. Learning enabled. 4. Freedom to take Ownership - Any Official subjects/task.

it is not about dislike, i feel this can be improved. 1. Employees deployed in client location needs to be connected & to be kept engaged. 2. Pune location employees concerns to be addressed. 3. Bangalore location office work space needs to be increased. 4. Good that we have medi claim and other insurance coverage but it should be beneficial for employee's father & mother . 5. Good that we offering tea/coffee via vendor & vending machine but also we can include cookies & bread. 6. Lunch can be provided atleast twice a week. 7. Salary & reimbursements delays can spoil the reputation. 8. Support function can be recognised with good perks (same as technical team). 9. Here we have a designation trap. Designation is different to work what we are doing. Everyone get same designation irrespective of skills. This for attracting the people. The responsibilities are patching the scripts. For appraisal we need to sign on agreement for 1 year. This is unfair.
