The office space is comfortable and convinientl located. Your immediate peers will be some of the best people to work with.

Dislikes

Awful culture with zero values or integrity from the top down. Upper management a.k.a CEO has no care whatsoever for the employees. Any idea that challenges his wants is immediately rejected. BE PREPARED - There's a complete lack of job security, layoffs on top of layoffs and there is a widespread feeling of fear. You could be gone at the drop of a hat. Your talents are better utilzed elsewhere.

It feels like home..HR and admin team are supportive and managers are super supportive.Also few drawbacks are there but compare to what gives this company to you it is negligible.

Dislikes

Don't deal of a salary raise or advancement because you'll be stuck in the same position! The CEO and his management only care about making money for themselves but don't give a s**t about those people working stressfully and exhaustingly for them!
