My staff is very cooperative.. We have a good cafeteria.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 18 months which is very frustrating. The managment is not transparent in terms of Salary hikes.

My job is very intersting.. I have a learnt alot and has came up with new skills, which I had never imagined.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
