I was a part of backup analyst voice team , The only major factor or we can say the motivation to work is salary , these guys provide immense salary with high end hike every year But things doesnt look good once you hit the floor

Hiring - Hiring process is good , 5 to 6 rounds couple of technicals and later vp ,hr . no issues with that . Training - Major problem comes with the training . Trainner shares 15 days video with you ask to watch the video which is thoroughly based on their product . Basically nothing technical , a guy with an engineering or technica l background will feel like doing a customer support which you eventually understand after 1 week of training 2) its all about the package plans , application plans . which you will come to know during the procces 3) The application is built by developers with bugs purposely to create issues and directly contact us for the resolution goes like a chain 4) Not sure which platform its developed , lot of unnecessary settings , lot of complications made on a simple drive application which wil never justify the product and how it is compactible with different os 5) After 15 days there will be an examination like semester exams of 100 marks ( 20 questions) asking about the icons options ,settings option where to find , license ,plans absolute waste . where you need to score 80 / 100 atleast to pass with distinction to take calls and answer to questions like " what is browser" , "what is idrive" , where is shutdown button" , " what is a mouse" etc if you are not passing the exam , reattempt like ( Supply /arreas) in college ,putting all the amount of pressure creating a highly stressful atmosphere, which will make you question about your abilities and skills <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Then even though if you pass and hit the floor i dont think things will be smooth there yes they are professional in their tone , emails but should never expect a piece of humanity proper Corporate slvs Leads will have mood swings of giving weekoff to agents , supervisors especially ( 5 foot guy ) goofing around with no purpose thinking as all in all ( dude is all time slve for the company) Buddy salary/ benefits is inversely proportional to your skills and work life balance Think twice and join</mark>.- and please keep in mind ego, politics , and other rational factors are also there ,forget about leaves and to be honest i dont think leads and managers are having a basic degree staying for 15 long years in a same company like this (speechless) We invested so much on our studies mentally and financially our parents invested so much on us do we deserve this ??...Read More
