STAY AWAY FROM VADODARA BRANCH! The branch manager, Kanika Notani, exhibits unprofessional, indecent and inappropriate behaviour, paired with a highly uncultured attitude. She fosters a toxic work environment and appears to deliberately hinder the career growth of employees within the branch. Her negative reputation is well known among employees working in other branches in Gujarat. Despite numerous complaints the top management, including the HR management and her direct superior, have failed to address her misconduct. As a result, many honest, hardworking and high performing employees have either left or are considering leaving.
