My work was challenging, i never thought of work hours i used to work, my dedication was 100%. Mostly my work not appreciated, or ignored. Always pleasant working remote users and offices, most of them i never seen face to face, all were excellent. Great

Frankly it depends for which role you are working. Overall culture is good. Job security depends on business generated. Work life balance is good.

If there is change of role within idex, the compensation is not lucrative. But i guess if you come from some other organisation they pay you well. Rest work interest depends on role offered. There are no dislikes as such.
