Salary Payouts (make sure whenever you get an offer, try to get your monthly in hand salary bifurcation because what they tell you over the call and what you will receive in hand has a huge difference!! ). I got an excellent team and an understanding manager, couldn't ask for more. Though there is always scope to improved the company's internal processes.

For people working on development on company's secure intranet, there is no option for WFH. For other departments, it is hybrid. I hope this coud be improved.
