I m working here since more than 5year i give my all efforts on their projects work hard and they didn't give apprisal just saying we have no budget and also warn indirectly start looking your job for yourself i like idemia management but this is all happen due to theirs managers cutting increment of 2-3 people is it makes u rich??? I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
