Salary Payouts (make sure whenever you get an offer, try to get your monthly in hand salary bifurcation because what they tell you over the call and what you will receive in hand has a huge difference!! ). Majority of the employees are here since more than 8-10 years and they are not willing to follow the latest trend or change happening in the organisation although they are equally insecure because of the change which is the root cause of toxic culture in this organisation. I have worked in this department for 4 months only Work pressure is so much , not every one can handle it . Every one is given region and according to that they have to process orders . Order volume is extremely high , had to work each and every day after office hours . Due to this it would totally destroy your personal life. Managers are very friendly and HOD is super cool . But due to very large number of orders you will feel frustrated . Some of the people are sitting idle , no proper distribution of work . At first when i was told to process the order i was in depression . After that i had to quit the job . I got an excellent team and an understanding manager, couldn't ask for more. Though there is always scope to improved the company's internal processes.

Dislikes

For people working on development on company's secure intranet, there is no option for WFH. For other departments, it is hybrid. I hope this coud be improved.
