If you get into management, then the opportunities would be great for you. Have to work with National distributors and the Apple management team. Overall, a decent experience. Though, the organization is not fully structured and may face difficulties with culture. Would still recommend it.

Dislikes

Since the management team is pretty small, you would be working directly with the owner. The experience could be wholesome and bitter, it depends on how you adjust. Salary and appraisals were timely given if you perform regularly. Work environment and work-life balance would be a miss-miss.

Work Details

Handling multiple stores of the company to drive sales of Apple and third-party products. Coordinate with National distributors to ensure the primary sell-in plan is achieved. P&L responsibility of stores.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
