before joining this company, must read this, this is a personal experience -HR head is goon, I'm using this word coz she is goons, her name is Se****re , I don't know why she is HR head, she is worst than u imagine, abusing on the floor is very common in this work culture, you will hear international GALIYA which you never heard. She knows she can work here only coz her market value is zero in the market if thrown out of this office. No likes - due to culture & internal politics, so huge politics that even we can't breathe or think properly

I will say only that - it's not a place to work, even they offer very huge compensation. But yes if you want to learn corporate politics instead of work than this place is best one. HR team have no professional sense or capability. Founders & HR are very cheap people. They can do any thing overnight and presume himself that they areknowledgeable.
