Shift timing is very good for people who spends more time of the day in traveling, BFSI sector projects are challenging, supportive and kind seniors, good management, on time salary, festive events

Dislikes

Challenging work & get to learn alot for the seniors but not for freshers as the training provided is not at all satisfactory. Fresher should learn through their own resources. No proper jobs/tasks are given to fresher/trainee. Salary to the freshers is very less compared to the market that too with 1.5 years of bond with cheque. No/less paid leaves for freshers. After a year as well very less increment for freshers. I've seen senior colleagues working on weekends as well for the projects. More work load is on senior developers only. Hybrid working for seniors & all day work from office for freshers....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Overall the company is really great to work with but Very Less salary as compared to the work allocated. Documentation process is very weak and need rigorous follow up. Training provided is not at all satisfactory. The Administrative part is very weak.
