Delayed and in parts salary delayed appraisal, unnecessary salary deductions, fake promises during hiring, no project planning, no work life balance, no respect as they only know how to speak good English but not how to behave with resources. Snehal waral yells on resources.

Shift timing is very good for people who spends more time of the day in traveling, BFSI sector projects are challenging, supportive and kind seniors, good management, on time salary, festive events

Challenging work & get to learn alot for the seniors but not for freshers as the training provided is not at all satisfactory. Fresher should learn through their own resources. No proper jobs/tasks are given to fresher/trainee. Salary to the freshers is very less compared to the market that too with 1.5 years of bond with cheque. No/less paid leaves for freshers. After a year as well very less increment for freshers. I've seen senior colleagues working on weekends as well for the projects. More work load is on senior developers only. The company is open to new ideas and is always in a move to work with new technology. Gives the developer the freedom to use his own creativity with less work pressure and more team work. Regular celebrations in the office keeps the environment live. Supportive Colleagues

Overall the company is really great to work with but Very Less salary as compared to the work allocated. Documentation process is very weak and need rigorous follow up. Training provided is not at all satisfactory. The Administrative part is very weak.
