Good Brand, middle level managment is having very bad cartel pooling, due to this people don't want to work they enjoy office politice and seniors of bank officials (on Deputation) are not capable to handle such inherent pooling cause they do not go in details that why work is not happening

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
