Most worst company i would say,full of politics, poor behavior with lower level, lack of recognition, no matter you will achieve your 100% target still they will insult you in front of everyone, lack of transparency with employees . I'm reporting to Bbsr Idbi Capital branch here u will find Nihar n Jyoti Ranjan beura both are worst employer. Even if u want leave you have to pay money for it to Jyoti Ranjan for everything he will demand for money. Please guys never ever join this company, i worked with them almost 8 month they made my life hell. finally I got a new job but now they are denying for my relieving letter also and also said rubbish thing to my new HR. What i will say....worst means worst every single day you will feel like hell....Read More
