Cons: - First & foremost 'No job security' as it is a funded company & they'll HIRE or FIRE as per funding strategy. - If your salary is higher than few old employees (jo saanp ki tarah kundli maarke bethe huye hain) , they'll try to pull you down in front of higher management.
