There is nothing good to say about the company, manager is pathetic. When you resign from company they will show their true colours, they'll harrass you mentally.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
