1-The Team and the managers are cooperating with each other and you feel that you are working with family. 2- Any employee has chance to speak and give feedback without fear. 3- The Management try all the time to develop to be better than before. 4- The company tries to take the best solution but sometimes it fails because there is long chain of approved should take.

1-The approval on some matters takes more time but now the management try to make it faster but still some of it takes longer. 2- if the employee ask for benefits to him even it’s as his contract it will take longer to get it and he should fight until taken. 3- the finance department need's more qualified staff. 4- the good employee needs to get motivates in all benefits to can continue working.
