I am not working with ICS Foods so I do not know the real conditions and support from the company during covid 19.

Dislikes

There is a lot of poltics and the management does not address the issues. No discussion on innovative ideas. No discussion on efficiency or automation. Still they want full and detailed MIS through excel and tally.

The job was quite interesting. I struggle a lot in the starting as there was no process.
