Work pressure Work life balance is a myth They have a fixed budget projects evertime, so they will keep a regular check on your timesheets. Allocation based projects, so you might be involved in 2 -3 projects parallerly which could make your work life balance even worse.

My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. They have shuttle service for transportation, and good food. (Dinner is free, if u stay that long) 5. In Covid times they provided additional sick leaves...Read More

1. Job security is not good at all. Till the time you are tagged to a project or at client side you are safe. Once you are on bench they can fire you anytime. 2. Management is not so good. They even misbehave sometimes with there team members. 3. Work-life balance is not good in most of the projects. 4. No company sponsored health insurance, even for self. Icreon is a global family in terms of employee, associated partners and clients from different region like US, UK etc. Interview Process: 1. Interview process was smoother. HR Personas as well as Interviewer will take a friendly interview without putting any pressure. 2. HR Person like show their support & Guidance throughout whole interview process. 3. Interview Process for Associate Business Analyst - 1. HR Round 2. Technical Round 3. Tech. Documentation & Wireframe round 4. HR & Mgmt. round. So within 4 days of process thing has been finalized. Joining Process: 1. HR members are really helpful and supportive. These guys really make their full efforts to do the life easy for new joiners. 2. HR members are always open and ready for your help. Some of the HR person who guides on the Initial level like they must assure that your joining will be going very smoothly. Team Members: 1. Have been working in Pune for the last 3 yrs. It has been a great experience. working directly with the client based in the US. Received great support from our manager in terms of appreciation, awards etc. We had one of our team member who was hospitalized and our manager went out of the way to support him in all possible ways. which deserves recognition.
