My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. 1. Job security is not good at all. Till the time you are tagged to a project or at client side you are safe. Once you are on bench they can fire you anytime. 2. Management is not so good. They even misbehave sometimes with there team members. 3. Work-life balance is not good in most of the projects. 4. No company sponsored health insurance, even for self. Have been working in Pune for the last 3 yrs. It has been a great experience. working directly with the client based in the US. Received great support from our manager in terms of appreciation, awards etc. We had one of our team member who was hospitalized and our manager went out of the way to support him in all possible ways. which deserves recognition. There is no job security . The work environment is pathetic. Th leadership comprises on incompetent people. The HR team never knows anything. The company is not accountable for anything while the employess are held responsible for everything.
