Work pressure Work life balance is a myth They have a fixed budget projects evertime, so they will keep a regular check on your timesheets. Allocation based projects, so you might be involved in 2 -3 projects parallerly which could make your work life balance even worse.

My working experience has been decent here. Some pro's that I would like to mention are: 1. Even though being a small sized company having under 500 employees they have most of the policies that you would find in big MNCs only. 2. Good compensation and good hikes if you either get appraisal from client for good work or you are goodin buttering your manager. 3. Projects are good but management not so good. 4. 1. Job security is not good at all. Till the time you are tagged to a project or at client side you are safe. Once you are on bench they can fire you anytime. 2. Management is not so good. They even misbehave sometimes with there team members. 3. Work-life balance is not good in most of the projects. 4. No company sponsored health insurance, even for self.
