Dislikes

Compensation is not there for people working in Operations, they kept their eyes one on Sales & Customers. Employees none will get other than salary, like bonus, increment, compensation, Leave balance pay off...

Icon infra is a new a contracter firm in Mumbai.and there three partners.one partner technical person and two finance supporters so job security and career growth is zeero because not match their decision,opinion.salary is best but no time to time.politics very high level because a oldjunior engineer very close to one partner....learning, work environment, innovation and work life balance is OK. Project G+22 storey residential building at south Mumbai very crowded area in town but work in progress smoothly and achieve target as per bar chart.team is also good for work support and my major responsibility first cordination with client,lisening/consulting architect and RCC consultant,MEP consultant and PMC. and all contracters and vendors.and planning,check out quantity,billing and etc....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
