The owner personally pays lot of attention to details and is a good company to learn a lot of things from variety of creatives one has to design, for they have that kind of clients. If you have any doubts you can always ask the owner

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The colleagues are of cheap mentality which makes it difficult when the owner isn't around, they are used to with small place politics

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
