Likes
Being a central government institute, the salary paid Is higher than any other institution for the same profile. Not much work load and regular weekend off
Dislikes
The environment is worst. Many colleagues are indulged in gossiping and work politics. But scientists work very hard to achieve their objectives. Infrastructure and scientific facilities are limited, nothing much to learn
Work Details
Work can sometimes be good, because of field trips. But for those who are indulged only in lab work may get bored due to monotonous routine. But that happens at any research laboratory in the world.
Work days: Monday to Saturday
