Best opportunity to learn new things, real-time experience with aircraft. Partiality for various designations, Common Scenario. Should be able to explore within yourself. Since OEM company, we were able to analyse things easily, Work depends on the directorate which we placed. My directorate is ultimate.

Dislikes

All are humans. Automation is done by humans. So there is a human invention everywhere. Faced partiality between designations. It doesn't mean only permanent ADA employees can work. No mutual between Non-tech and tech people.
