Here we working office hours 8:30 to 5:00. This company is central government company, I working as a contract engineer then also company providing food same as like permanent employees.Team work is good,all tasks will do teamwork. This rules are very strict contract employes they won't allow mobile. Happy to working at ADA, very less people getting chance to working at defence. I am working on radar communication in avionics, 1553b milbus flight data analysis using matlab tool, Radar test cases execution using MFD(multi function display), Radar is major role in aircraft....Read More

Excellent, I proud to say working at ADA. My engineer background electronics and communication. Hear also I am working on multi mode radar communication. I easily understand task and solving solution.

It's very good experience to work in ADE.. because we get real time experience in handling proto type board which may not be possible in other software companies.. and testing in HSIT using Advanced ENvirinmental Test Service is a good learning experienced .. job environment is very good with lot loads of greenery and with a very good campus..

I worked in System Design and Evaluation Facility lab of ADA. There were totally 40 people working under a Scientist 'G'. Since I have avionics knowledge I have worked under Sensor and weapon team of Tejas/LCA aircraft. Our team has totally 4 members of which I handle weapon systems performance and rest 3 people worked for Sensors operations and system performance. We don't have any training sessions and its the responsibility of an employee to learn and excel in that field. It was a contract job but there is no fear of job insecurity as the working purely depends on employee's satisfaction. Working hour is from 8.30 AM to 5 PM but we people work till 7.30 PM as it is compulsory for all employees in this Lab. Salary is decent. Good field to work and grow with....Read More
