In initial years, the work culture was good and since I used to work in partnership Distribution channel, business generation was done by the bank employees

small finance bank doesn't have a good customer base it affected my goalsheet as well. HR misuse there powers and without any specific they are going to transfer you. New Managers are pathetic. My Manager Vishank Dhabade and Rahul Neekhra were least knowledgeable person with good designation. Not only this, HR Roshi Parmar is the worst HR I ever known. Without any specific reason, she transferred me from the partnership distribution channel(Indore location and it is similar to Banca channel) to the agency channel (Bangalore location). You do not get promotion easily, it takes at least 5 years to get promote. there is no policy of automatic promotion in this company. My overall experience is very bad.

Very worst management and the manager will treat in an irespectable manner as a fresher they would expect you work as an experience person if you don't do that the manager will force you resign the job better don't go and especially for bankassurance

The Worst company I have ever worked for. There is no work-life balance. Company work culture is purely political. No learnings and compensation is below industry standards. Suggestion to anyone who is thinking to work here: Better go for Delivery agent rather work for ICICI Prudential.

Good place to work & have learning & development programs. Sales target is there but easy to achieve because it's top branded company.

Working on even after duty time is over. No over time is given. If Target not achieved you have to visit main city office even at 8.30pm😔😕

I like the culture little bit but salary is very bad only they provide good salary to the college placement peoples

Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less
