Lots of politics between colleagues, job security is low, work life balance is very very poor, no training for career advancement, appraisal is also too much poor only max 5% annual appraisal, no new innovations, crab mentality of people so no growth

The work culture is not at all good. There are people who will talk bad about your personal life and personality no matter how good you are in you work. Some sales people only focus on other peoples personal life.

I joined as a fresher and there was no one to hand hold, No one to tell the process, straight away asking sales numbers in crores. No one listens to your problem or issues, asking for a leave was a big no, even on official holidays we were asked to work. Asking the sales numbers three to four times a day, putting a lot of pressure. Moreover official timings were 9:30 to 6:00, but we were not allowed to leave at 6, manager will held a meeting at 6:30 which starts at 7 and finishes 7:30, moreover we were asked to report office at 9 rather than 9:30.
