I worked at ICICI Home Finance for 4 months as an off-role HR Associate under Sigma Staffing Solutions. While I initially had high hopes for the organization, my experience was disappointing.

I was informed that due to "structural changes," my position was no longer required. Despite no fault on my part, I was forced to resign by stating "personal reasons" under the threat of termination, which would block me from working in any ICICI Group company.
