All employees are on contract basis and no job security even for the performers. The faculties has to perform the work duties to achieve the KRA of all departments. No support and contribution from higher management.

Work Details

They are offering 30 leaves in an year but due to continuous batches its not possible to take the leave.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
