The management is person driven, decisions are changed in matter of minutes. There is no planning of activities. Employee is asked to work on a task at a moment’s notice. The work life balance is terrible. There is no learning opportunity. No authority given to employee to take decision. Employees are expected and asked to work like soldiers on a battle field.

If you can forget the culture of the company it gives you opportunity to learn at very fast pace compared to big giants. This company is best for freshers who join directly from IIT/NIT. The reason I say that you will have all the facility/infra like canteen, recreational center and hostel. Work culture is pathetic, boss is always right is the ideology. Open politics and biasing. The variable pay is 15-20% of the base pay and you never get the variable pay irrespective of profit that company makes. There are no goals set and at the end of review (well there is no goal setting or performance review system here, you get to know your rating when the salary is credited in account) it's the image you have in your bosses head what gets you good or bad rating. If you are a person who can keep your boss happy irrespective of how it affects the company then this is the company for you. No one trusts anyone even in the same team. HR has to do nothing with what goes on with employees, they are only bothered about how to cut salaries of employees and add that to company profit....Read More
