If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is noincentive system at all. No matter how much effort you put in or if you achieve 110% of your business targets, or how loyal you are, it won’t matter. You won’t get a single rupee as an incentive.
