The work culture in the company is very poor. There is no proper discussion or planning before starting a project. The program head and the technical coordinator have the worst attitudes. They believe they are superior and can do anything they want. Internal politics is rampant. Hard work and dedication from employees are overlooked, while those who use flattery and sweet words are favored and can easily survive. Employee efforts are not appreciated, and they are often insulted publicly. There is constant pressure, and the technical coordinator does not even like it when employees smile, making it difficult for them to work peacefully. He is one of the worst individuals I have ever encountered. Additionally, there is no support from the technical coordinator or the program head when employees face challenges during development.
