Starting from start 1. interview process is slow 2. New teams/dept formed so leadership was clueless on what they want from employees 3. Middle management is heavily misdirected and not in sync with top management 4. extremely average crowd and culture intellectually and socially. no intellectually stimulating conversations whatsoever. thereby poor mediocre culture in middle and lower scale 5. expectations too high without a program scope. they need results immediately while they neither know the problem statement completely nor the path to solution 6. Personally for my manager , not good at receiving feedbacks, my way or highway attitude 7. was given a hard time while I had to take leaves due to medical reasons... The things to like about Icertis is that it has some big name clients, there are certain perks which are good, but the overall likeable elements are far less and insignificant compared to the bad parts

Dislikes

Icertis does not have any structure to its operation. They dont follow rules or set protocols. The whole system still works on the principles of a new Start-up, which is shameful at the very least. The worklife balance is virtually inexistent at Icertis which the Senior Management will be glad to highlight and boast about</mark>. If you are a smart worker, who gets the job done in time with ownership and effectively, you will also have to perform the tasks of less competent team members, which may include the Project Management tasks. Certain Senior Directors are obliviously clueless on how to handle the day-to-day activities of an implementation and will wake up with a Start when the Senior Management start to pressurize them. All in All, if you have other options apart from Icertis, take a chance there. If not, then good luck, hope you survive at least a year!...Read More
